All embroidery designs purchased from BeeStitch are digital downloads. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once a design has been downloaded.
If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your design, please contact us at orders@beestitch.co.za, and we will work to resolve the problem promptly.
If you are unable to download your purchased design due to technical issues, please reach out to us immediately at orders@beestitch.co.za. We will assist you in troubleshooting the problem or provide an alternative download link as necessary.
