We are unable to teach you how to transfer the files to your computer or usb, please make sure you are computer literate or have someone who can help you. Please check in your SPAM or JUNK folder should you not find the email with your designs and save our email address as a “save” address. **It is YOUR responsibility to know and understand your hoop capabilities and sewing fields within your hoops.
